In order to carry out a proper management of electronic records and documents throughout their life cycle, thus ensuring compliance with both legal and policy in its production phase and in the conservation of those in the long term, the department of culture and Sport of the government of Navarra has approved Autonomous order 18/2021 for local entities of navarre have performance standards and the development of adequate technological tools and ensure that proper implementation of digital file.
The Order specifies the Foral methodologies, tools and procedures to local authorities must implement to ensure adequate documentary management in the context of electronic administration . It also sets out the functional requirements, technological and methodological must fulfill the technological tool of digital archive sure you select each local authority .
