What is the centre of technology transfer - CTT?

The Technology transfer centre publishes a comprehensive directory of applications or/and solutions whose objective is to promote the reuse of solutions for all public administrations. This portal reported projects, services, semantic assets, regulatory and solutions that are being developed in the field of Electronic administration. Its main objectives are:

  • Create a common repository of software and services for reuse in public administrations.
  • Create a common knowledge base on the various technical solutions (policy, services, semantic assets, infrastructure, developments, etc). in the field of electronic administration.
  • Crear un espacio donde se puedan compartir experiencias y cooperar en el ámbito de la administración electrónica.

The operation of the CTT is determined by two fundamental aspects: the solutions and levels of access . The solution is the basic unit of work within the CTT around which will orchestrate all functionalities offered. The different levels of access allows you to customize the information and services offered by each solution to each user.

The environment CTT-PAe diferencia entre 4 tipos de usuarios que gozarán de un nivel de participación distinto dentro del portal y de cada solución.

Son aquellos usuarios que tienen un mayor interés por participar activamente en el PAe: expresando su opinión, participando en foros o/y comunidades, etc. Desde cualquier ámbito (público o privado) se puede contar con un usuario registrado en el PAe. Disponible desde internet y desde la red SARA.
  • The registered visitor PAe of public administrations. Son aquellos visitantes registrados del PAe que pertenecen a las Administraciones Públicas. Dicha pertenencia a la Administración será validada por los responsables del PAe. Estos usuarios tendrán mayores niveles de acceso a funcionalidades y servicios del PAe. Concretamente para el caso del CTT, si además acceden por la red SARA, tienen disponibles más opciones de consulta, participación y descarga (pestañas área de descargas, colaboración y más) dentro de las soluciones.
  • Administrator of solutions. Una vez se cuenta con el perfil “visitante registrado del PAe de las administraciones públicas” en el caso concreto del CTT se puede solicitar la creación de una nueva solución convirtiéndose en el administrador de la misma. El administrador de la soluciones es el responsable de gestionar la solución: contenidos, usuarios, etc. y sólo podrá realizar dicha administración desde la red SARA. Una solución puede contar con varios administradores.

Para poder ser visitante registrado de las Administraciones Públicas se debe trabajar en una administración pública y utilizar una cuenta de correo electrónico de la entidad. La asignación de este perfil se solicita en el registro de usuario seleccionando perfil "administración" y es supervisada por los administradores centrales del PAe. Será aprobada una vez concluido el proceso de alta.

Cuando un usuario quiere encontrar una solución para reutilizar en su administración debe dirigirse al directorio de soluciones del CTT (entorno CTT-PAe). Desde este entorno tendrá 4 vías disponibles para hacerlo:

    En el Buscador de soluciones del CTT se incorpora la opción de búsqueda predictiva que permite anticiparse a los resultados deseados por el usuario. Una vez ha introducido un mínimo de 3 caracteres, se ofrece un listado con las soluciones cuyo “nombre corto”, “Nombre Abreviado” o “Nombre Completo“ contiene dichos caracteres.

    Además, los resultados encontrados se pueden ordenar en función de 2 criterios:
    • Quarterly rankings de las soluciones más descargadas el trimestre anterior (primero las más descargadas).

Para tener un usuario activo en cualquiera de los entornos del CTT se debe contar primeramente con un usuario registrado en el PAe. El proceso de registro debe realizarlo desde la opción “ register ” present in the header.
