NOTE : The ordinance regulating common administrative procedure at the local administration is a model type that applied to a specific local administration aims to the development of common administrative procedure for the administrative management of the same and consideration of which will be possible, in any case, by electronic means, in implementation of legislation Law 39/2015, of 1 october, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public administrations and Law 39/2015, of 1 october, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public authorities (Opens in new window) and Law 40/2015, of 1 october, from The Legal Regime of the public Sector (Opens in new window) as well as transparency.

The Ordinance is organized in nine parts, in addition to the additional provisions, transitional and observations:

  • NOTE : This document has been developed with the objective of serving to local governments as a guide to make their local authorities more transparent and open to participation of neighbours. The implementation of the ordinance Type will be able to carry out in the target date (by 10 december 2015) with the transparency of institutions and the right of participation and access to information of citizens, which covered both the constitution itself and the law on foundations of Local Government reform, as well as the Law 19/13 of 9 december, of transparency, access to public information and good governance (Opens in new window) .
