As a complement to the Policy for the management of electronic documents (PGD-e) del Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas (MINHAP) (2ª ed. 2016) se publican estas 11 Implementation Guides that correspond to the document management processes defined in the ARCH of policy for the management of electronic documents.

They will have its scope in the central and peripheral regions of the Ministry of finance and Ministry of Territorial policy and Public Service . It will apply in the entities or bodies dependent or associated with these ministries

Published in august 2019 and are a jointly published by the ministry of finance and the ministry of Territorial policy and Public service.
