Throughout this document was developed basic recommendations for both the scope of the
Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 january
, which regulates the national security in the area of E-government (ENS), and, in particular, to public entities or smaller with fewer resources, to undertake activities for the recruitment of the audits of certification of the TEAMS.
This guide explains the procedure for recruitment, including pre, drafting of specifications and evaluation of protests/offers. It also describes the types of procurement of the internal audit in accordance: by awarding directly, by regular procedures, by restrictive procedure or negotiated procedure.
The document also contains information on the specifications of administrative information and technical rules showing two examples of such information, so as to the ordinary open simplified. Finally, shows the incompatibilities between consulting and audit, an example of the information is frequently requested when it comes to the procedures for awarding direct and annex: Recruitment procedures Law 9/2017.
