The provincial de Albacete publishes SEDIPUALB@ solution in the cst

The SEDIPUALB@ solution it is a platform of E-government (SaaS) fully integrated with solutions from the AGE, for a complete management and a fully electronic of administrative acts by any local administration.

Some of its features are:

• It is an open-ended platform that allows its integration free from any existing system via web services,
• It is a flexible platform that can be found in Municipalities whose size ranges from 100 to 200,000 inhabitants.
• It is an integrated platform with solutions from the AGE ( Notifica@ , TS@ , @firma , SIR , SIA , Inside , Archive , Cl@ve , Beijing platform for Brokering , etc.)
• Más de 1000 procedimientos definidos en SIA e integrados en nuestro tramitador de expedientes
• It is a platform which respects the rights of citizens.
  • The documents of a dossier are accessible on the part of the citizens concerned.
  • It is possible to register in the register Entry without the need to sign in the same time of registration
  • Completing identification with the integrated system of verification of identity
  • Allow charges in the procedures defined by each entity (TPV or window)

This platform obtained certificate of excellence in the last edition of the awards Share & Reuse of the european community.

On thursday, 25 january took place a meeting with representatives of the diputació de Albacete and diputació de Jaén with the aim of replicable analyse whether the institution jienense services developed electronic administration.

This meeting is part of the strategy of the diputació de Albacete export its model and make it available to other public administrations, establishing a model that seeks to share the costs of the development of the platform, not for profit.
