- e-TRAM
Almost one thousand (976, in particular) public catalans are using this service to receive electronic processings of citizenship and businesses. This is an increase of 11 per cent over the past year. The number of steps made has exceeded $62,000, nearly 21,000 more than those carried out in 2015.
- e-NOTUM
At the end of the year, 805 public catalans are in a position to notify through electronic means. The number of notifications sent during this period has been 439.732 exceeding the total volume of 2015 in nearly 130,000.
- e-Valija
This service, which allows to send a register of documents and electronic format, viewed and immediately, has completed its second year of life with a total 104.303 procedures, 96 per cent from the previous year.
- Advanced signature Software (PSA)
It has also increased significantly its consumption, in particular by 57 per cent. In 2016 have conducted more than 3 million signatures, which is a 49 per cent of the total accumulated.
- e.FACT
If the legal imperative caused by 2015 the take-off using the service by companies that were related to the administration, this year was the year of cruising speed. There has been the 40 annual accessions but the total number of bodies which benefit from the advantages of this service has exceeded $1,550. This large number of users implies that the use of the service has been consolidated with an increase of 34 per cent.
It is noteworthy that, of the first 10 bodies which have received more invoices, 70 per cent are health environment. The platforms that send more invoices are Hub AOC, Edicom and loved eFactura.

By 2016, over 100 public institutions have been able to access data and documents of other administrations; and there are already 480 municipalities catalanaes seconded. Total consumption of data and documents has been almost 21 million, exceeding 1.6 million in the consumption of 2015.
Services have been consulted income tax, municipal registers inhabitants and the title of large families.
- Validator
178 applications of catalan entities have validated digital certificates and electronic signatures with tool that offers the consortium AOC. In 2016, consumption has continued to increase with more than 50 million validations (32 per cent more) and almost 32 million of time stamps (24 per cent more).
