This will be possible thanks to an agreement between the municipality of Murcia and the university of Murcia (UMU).
This agreement will entail the progressive transfer of UMU, so that the electronic administration with suppliers may be working in the first half of 2013, although the intention is to extend its development to other areas and areas of management, with the citizens, according to the mayor.
