Technical Standards for interoperability

The national Interoperability establishes the number of Technical Standards for interoperability are enforced by public administrations, which are developing specific aspects of interoperability among public administrations and with citizens. This means rules remain with their implementation guides and other supporting documents.

The Royal Decree 203/2021, of 30 march, approving the regulations and functioning of the public sector by electronic means (BOE: no. 77 of 31/03/2021) modifies the arts. 9, 11, 14, 16-18, additional provision 1 and annex, and it removes: the item 19, and additional provisions 3 and 4 Royal Decree 4/2010, of 8 january, which regulates the spanish national scheme of Interoperability in the area of E-government (BOE: no. 25, 29/01/2010)
