The component of signing is distributed under GPLv3 license, and provides for the generation and validation of signatures XAdES.
The project FirmaXadesNet was founded in response to the need to incorporate the functionality of electronic signature in applications developed for the Microsoft .NET platform. Since there was no open source solution that meets the requirements and use to be reusable IKVM.NET Java components was not an alternative, it was decided to take as a starting point the XAdES Starter kit developed by Microsoft France, resulting in a library that allows to applications developed in .NET generating signatures XAdES natively.
