The secretary of State of Public Administrations, Antonio Beteta, and the counselor of public finance and administration of the region of Murcia, Andrés Carrillo, signed on 23 october last year a convention for the access to basic services.
By signing this convention, the General state administration, through the national directorate of information and communication technologies, makes available to the region of Murcia different electronic platforms which simplify and facilitate the introduction of electronic administration. In turn, by this convention the Murcia region may also offer services of which will benefit the general state administration and the rest of autonomous governments and will act to its local entities to facilitate their access to services of DTIC. Some of the most representative services included:
- Brokering of data between Administrations. Enables the public consultation by electronic means of data of citizens of those who already have other public administrations, by their competence. this way, the citizen is not required to make documents evidencing the same. The platform for brokering data is a horizontal service allows you to integrate multiple public administrations, both to provide information to other Public authorities and for consultation.
- Automatic reporting service, change of address through a single procedure, provides that the report of the change of domicile to all the public authorities affixed. That is, with a single communication, information may come to TAXES, Social security, Traffic or bodies in the Autonomous Community.
- System of record linkage . Interconnects registration offices (electronic and) and allows the exchange of registration in a secure electronic communications between registration offices and agencies have obvious benefits, contributing to the citizen as both the public administrations. Thus, a citizen of a small village in the region of Murcia, physically via your local office shall, in just seconds, make their applications at its regional government, a state agency, or municipalities or regional governments of other autonomous communities.
- E-Mail enabled and list of processes of Electronic Notifications . Allows the practice of delivery by electronic means to enable parties to access to the content of the act subject to notification, indicating that date and time of the availability and access to content, safely and reliably.
- SARA network as a communications network of public administrations, allows the secure exchange of information between the use of Public Administrations are connected through a basic platform of communications.
- Beijing platform for validation and electronic signature @FIRMA it is a set of products and services and electronic signature certification, which is made available to the AAPP, to promote the implementation and deployment of computer applications and services of electronic administration requiring validation of electronic signature certificates based authentication, generation of electronic signature or seal time in its relationship with the citizens, enterprises and organizations.
- Cl@ve , common platform of the public Sector Administrative State for the identification, authentication and electronic signature. This new system, which complements @firma Platform, with full guarantees for the services of electronic administration, in addition to electronic certificates, shared key (username and password). Such an approach simplifies the citizen access to electronic services and it enhances and facilitates their use from mobile devices.
All these proceedings are conducted within the framework of collaboration between the General state administration and the autonomous communities through Sectoral commission E-government .
