The high average of usability of 91 per cent of average indicates not only the services are available online but it is also supported by a trusted user support. Italy, Malta, Countries, spain and Turkey have achieved a score of 100 per cent in this indicator.
In Spain seven in ten people who needed to complete a form of government made online (70 per cent) as well as Finland, denmark, sweden, united kingdom, Estonia, the netherlands and latvia.
Estonia, latvia, lithuania and España outweigh both penetration and digitization compared with european countries with similar characteristics.
