The service operates a volume of more than 11 million annual notifications, being the AEAT the biggest driver of this service for 12 years. Since the entry into force of law 39/2015, on 2 october 2001 of 2016, have been integrated 25 new agencies belonging to all three levels of government, the General secretariat of the Administration of justice.
Through the DSM any natural or legal person may have an e-mail address for the receipt of notifications administrative telematics, through, to practise the General state administration, public and public law entities connected with or dependent, the autonomous communities and local governments. it allows to alert stakeholders via email and SMS on the provision of notifications to advocate, in this case, a rate of access to the same 81,22 per cent of the notifications can be accessed in the
General access point
or managed in an automated way through web services.
On 4 february has implemented the following new developments that management of notifications:
Notification to stakeholders unencumbered and obliged:
The Administrations may submit notifications to stakeholders required by law 39/2015 and, as a novelty, those concerned would not be required which they signify directly its interest in being notified electronically to the administration itself, without the need to put this objective in the Dsm. If you have not been a Dsm, they will create ex officio automatically. These processes have an impact on miss the chance to manage high/low of its voluntary subscription to the DSM, if not mentioned other obligations.
Expiration date of notification:
By default, a notification shall be deemed rejected after ten calendar days of the process of notification without access to its content. It is now possible to also specify an expiration date for notification suited to the regulations of each administration.
Format for notifications:
Notifications may be referred, apart from in PDF format, such as ZIP files of type.
