The university of Zaragoza has begun to use the application GEISER for the management of their offices and input/output connection to the continental SIR exchange of records in electronic format, so the utilization of Shared Management Service of the register of DTIC.
The University will manage using this system, the exchange of documentation in both physically and electronically among its 20 registration offices and nearly 200 units and departments, as well as the exchange of registration and documentation electronically with the rest of agencies on the continental SIR.
This is the first public university in acceding to this shared service and the first body outside the General state administration to use the application management GEISER register, using the rationalization and efficient use of resources involved in the use of common tools and shared services.
This incorporation is also a very important lever for the electronic management of the procedures of the university of Zaragoza, moving in this way in the adoption of the administration without papers, so as to improve administrative efficiency that it is in a better service to the citizen.
