Article 12 of law 11/2007 of 22 june, electronic access of citizens to public services, provides that the publication of acts or communications by law or regulation should be published in bulletin board or edicts, may be replaced or complemented by its publication in the electronic site. In the agency for development of the act is autonomous approved decree 12/2010, of 16 march, on the use of electronic means in the activity of the Administration of the board of Communities of Castilla- La Mancha, three of whose articles on the electronic bulletin board: article 5.2 detailing the content of the electronic and provides that, among other things, will contain the system of access to electronic bulletin board.
