On 12 april 2018, the european commission organized a workshop on co-creación of a quality label for cities and regions focused on the citizen, whose aim is to establish a label for local and regional governments commit themselves to implement the 8 user principles agreed by all the efta countries in the Ministerial declaration on the E-government signed in tallinn in october 2017.
