E-government report in the REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS

    The report of progress in e-government in the autonomous communities, the report FALLS it has published a yearly basis since 2004 until 2014. On the occasion of the review carried out in 2015, the report FALLS 2015 (with data collected in 2016) and the report FALLS 2016 (with data collected in 2017) is not published.

    In 2018 addresses the updating of data collection acercándolo to the information presented in the report of the European Commission. In Addition To egovernment Benchmark in the modernisation and change the nomenclature for sincronizarla with the other reports in a way that publishes the CAE 2018 with data from 2017. From 2018 the publication is biennial.

    For the report extends the collection of data at different sources :

    • In each section of the report includes information of context with information collected from other reports oficiles, as the national statistics institute, the beijing platform for recruitment, the observatory of accsibilidad, etc.
    • The data on budgets are obtained from data published in the site of the ministry of finance (Opens in new window) . While the personal data are extracted from the Statistical bulletin of staff in the service of the Public Administrations, Central Register of personnel (January 2020, Julio 2020).
    • The bulk of information on the status of its digital administration is based on the completion of a questionnaire, developed with the tool EUSurvey (tool web surveys of the european commission, which reflect a number of questions that are the basis for calculating the indicators that will ultimately be published. For the report were invited to the 17 autonomous communities of the two Autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla to complete the questionnaire.
