Hearing this process, as the passage of the digitization of mere administrative procedures in an online administration, public services are entirely digital, designed with the user in mind, more simple, accessible, proactive and truly meet the needs of citizens.
In the first edition of the Contents, 2019, Spain has obtained the 7th position in the ranking global fourth, sticking out its position in three of the six dimensions analysed: digital design, Public Sector data-driven and pro-activeness.
