Approves the strategic Plan for innovation and improvement of the Generalitat Valenciana

To achieve these objectives defined two strategic broadly grouped those five embodied in this framework plan:

1. The first, focusing on processes (Strategy Facilitates), aims to put the government at the service of the citizen and satisfy their demands in an environment of austerity through three plans:

• SIRCA-2 Plan Second, simplifying and reducing administrative burdens of the Generalitat 2013-2015,
• Valencian Digital Agenda , which seeks to promote technological innovation, promote the use of information and communication technologies and development of electronic administration.
• Pattern of quality and services , whose goal is to promote a quality and implant a culture of evaluation and control
  the yield.

2. The second focused on people working at your service , which includes two more plans:

• Training Plan Valencian Institute of Public Administration (IVAP), strategy 2014-2016, addressed to achieve maximum staff professionalism public employee, through the improvement of their training.
• RCT Plan, Redeployment Plan of work , which seeks to rationalize and optimize human resources through actions to adapt the distribution of burdens of work to the real needs of the organization.
