Digital government index
of the
OCDE
assesses the efforts made by governments to establish the necessary basis for a digital transformation of the public sector that is coherent and focused on the human being. The edition of 2023 comprises 155 data sets from 33 countries members 4 candidate countries and 1 partner country collected by 2022, covering the period from 1 january 2020 to 31 october 2002, and grouped into six dimensions:
Digital since the design, Public Sector based on data, government as a platform, open by default, user-oriented and Pro-activeness.
Spain took the 15th of the countries of the report,
overall rating (0,599) almost equal to the oecd average (0,605)
. Between dimensions analysed, stresses, in the ‘ Open ’ s default took the 7th position
, which demonstrates the strong strategic approach and more effective policies to manage and use of open government data. Check out, in addition, a good score (0,697) in Digital ‘ design ’, which ranks twelfth.
