Among other issues has been agreed to extend the deadline for accessions for local authorities to 12:00 hours on 15 september 2015.
On 24 july, the commission to follow up the partnership framework agreement signed by the ministry of finance and public administrations and the spanish federation of municipalities and provinces to promote and facilitate the development of act 19/13 of 9 december, transparency, access to public information and good governance at local entities.

Among them, it is worth noting those adopted in response to the various requests, which set out that the constitution of the municipalities during the last june, has made it impossible to take the prescribed arrangements for accession to the service of the Portal of transparency in the cloud. There has therefore agreed:
Take as the closure of the beijing platform for Accessions the
12 noon on 15 september 2015
the DTIC, assuming the provision of services to all entities until that time, which meet the guidelines and conditions established for that purpose.
Take it that this closure could be of a temporary nature, if the conditions of service, any waivers for accession or other conditions of all kinds, reopen the offer of DTIC new accessions, which in any case, would require the adoption of the agreement by this Committee.
