The state secretariat for public authorities and the General council of the Notary signed a cooperation agreement that allows the administration consultation telematics notary public documents seizure and their responses to the Electronic Register of Apoderamientos (REA).

Consequently, citizens may initiate administrative proceedings (electronically or face) on behalf of other natural or legal persons, without need to provide a certified true copies of the explicit, but to provide the necessary verification code associated with the notarized document. The Administration, from this CSV, and accede to the service provided by this convention, you can access digital copy of power, while real-time verifies the livelihood of authority.
In conclusion, through this system of referral telematics notary public documents seizure and their responses to the Electronic Register of Apoderamientos, reiterated to the public presentation of notarial deeds and compulsa in each performance to the administration, and improving legal certainty to the processing of administrative procedures.
