New update of the client and Miniapplet Signature

The ministry of finance and Public Administrations publishes the update 5 client and Signature 3.3.1 Miniapplet 1.1

This update improves the operation with the new version of Internet Explorer (11) on which they had identified the problems of compatibility. It has left the compatibility with Java 5 and has been disabled cargo via JNLP behaviour in order to provide a more homogeneous.
