The convention allows local entities to adhere, acting as registry Offices of the General state administration and the autonomous community concerned

Law 11/2007 of electronic access of citizens to public services provides in article 44, the possibility for government administrations to sign cooperation agreements in order to articulate further actions and collaboration tools for implementing coordinated and standardized a network of common spaces or pscs.

Therefore, the General state administration has signed with the community of navarre a Framework convention for the opening of a network of Offices of citizen attention in the territorial scope of the community of navarre (Opens in new window) , which has entered into force on 19 march 2011, following its publication in the official gazette of navarre.

With the entry into force of this cooperation agreement, are already fourteen autonomous communities that have had this type of agreement with the General state administration, which allows local authorities are allowed to accede as registration Offices of the General state administration and the autonomous community as well as to raise other models of collaboration and joint offices information or processing.
