Are you just entered in the forging of the CST IS the application to access developed by the ministry of Territorial policy and Public Administration for the management of its headquarters and electronic procedures and which constitutes a model of collaboration between public administrations of software development.
The implementation, developed in PHP, using open source (linux, apache and mysql) for the provision of services. This special configuration has enabled this software, developed initially for the particular case of the ministry of Territorial policy and public administration, can be used by other Public Administrations with a cost of implementing much smaller than other solutions.

In addition, another point especially noteworthy, and new in the field of public administrations, is that several of the institutions involved have decided to work together in the future course of implementation. In this way, since the ministry of foreign affairs and cooperation and the directorate-General to promote the E-government are developing some additional features that will be incorporated in the application to access so that all the institutions can benefit from these improvements.
We encourage you to undertake such initiatives in other Public Administrations, especially now that the budgetary constraints are to influence the start up of new services.
