The INAP in collaboration with the directorate of information and communication technologies (ict) organized a two-day congress on the developments in relation to the administrative procedure included in the law 39/2015 and 40/2015.
The law 39/2015 and 40/2015 pose an update and adapt to the twenty-first century the functioning of the administration. The electronic workflow procedures must be the normal performance of all administrations, both in its relationship with the citizens as well as in internal management and information exchanges among different agencies. They also emphasize the document, record and electronic archiving, requiring further digital transformation of the public administrations, with a consequent increase in efficiency and quality of services provided to citizens.
