Almost 400 people met in Madrid to listen and participate in discussions on interoperability and electronic document with the CIO of a country totally digital as Estonia and representatives of the UN, the european union, the european commission, the e-ARK project, the inter-american development bank and the ibero-american experts in electronic document.
In addition, spanish involved specialists from different agencies and the committee held two round tables and discussion meeting on collaboration between the public and private sectors.
