App phone "My Folder" Citizen

The Ministry of economic and Digital Transformation, through the secretariat-General for administration Digital reports to the secretary of state of Digitization and Artificial intelligence, has made available to citizens the mobile application My Folder “ Citizenship ”. This app seeks to simplify the relationship and improve interaction between the administration and citizenship in an accessible way, proactive and customized from any device.

With our citizens, the citizen can move, in aggregate form, your personal information and consultation of its efforts with different Public administrations. Since some years ago provides citizens with web version My Citizen Folder now with the release of the app phone is intended to achieve greater closeness to the citizen.

The main features and functionality offered Citizen app My folder are as follows:

- Includes the notice (and number) of outstanding electronic notifications and connects to the E-Mail Enabled Only (Dehú). In Addition, offers you a summary of your personal situation, you can personalize with your favorite data, a summary of alarms and citations of schedule; and, lastly, direct access to your last accessed services or documents generated.

- Timetable, to your alerts with regard to outstanding efforts with the administration (browse timeouts DNI, its electronic certificates, passports, driving license, ITVs) and your citations with different administrations as for the issuance of documentation by the General police directorate (ID CARD, passport, TAR), citations of foreigners, a large number of offices for assistance on registration of various ministries, all delegations and branches of government, civil registry office of administration, and other agencies that progressively rolled out.

- My data, to consult your personal data from different governments, regional and local authorities, for example: social benefits (paternity, maternity, retirement, minimum wage, etc.) and the historical of the past year, real estate, points of driving licence, vehicles and itvs university degrees, and, a non-existence of background, large-family status and disability, voter registration, tuition waiver, dependence, working life etc. In addition to consultations, in cases agreed with the competent body, these data are available for download in PDF format or in a wallet Qrs to the device. This section will be in constant growth.

- My Documents. From this section, you can access directly to all the documents you have previously generated from the section of my data. These documents may be shared via a link and consult the hits that have taken place. In Addition, you can remove these documents at any time.

- My Files. Consult your open files in different Public administrations. Currently connects with most of the agencies of the General state administration and Autonomous Communities with 11 already attached and local entities.

- Application configuration, to set preferences, including the management of a personal photo and notices by e-mail and mobile notices, both prior appointment, and alerts by caducity of documentation (id card, passport, driving) and ITVs.
