The Civil Guard and DTIC sign for the use of the implementation of Appointment

The Director-General of the Civil guard, Arsenio Fernández, and the Director of information and communication technologies, sunday Javier Molina Moscoso, have signed today at the headquarters of the Civil guard a collaboration agreement for the introduction of an application for appointment to provide the citizen the interventions of arms and explosives of the Civil guard.

They have also been present in this signature lieutenant General Deputy Director of the Civil guard, Cándido Cardiel Ojer and colonel head of the Central Intervention of arms and explosives of the Civil guard, sunday Guzmán Caballero.

This agreement aims to improve the procedures that are required to make the citizens to benefit from the different permissions on the involvement of arms and explosives of the Civil guard

This application will consist of 2 modules differentiated functionality:

• CFP: administration of citations and quotations by telephone.
• Obtaining PKI: Internet.

It will provide citizens with the allocation of appointments is requested by phone or in person at the offices.

: Securing PKI Internet

This application will allow the citizen to obtain appointments through The Internet where you can select a province in which you want to make this process and, once selected that province, you can choose between the procedures available on the Internet for the same.

It also enables the user request quotations, consult the confirmed and where appropriate, cancel them. In addition, the information will be available in the following languages, to allow citizen's multiidioma navigation in the implementation of appointment:
