The ministry of finance and Public Administrations now published a document of frequently asked questions on the law 25/2013 momentum electronic billing and establishment of the recording of invoices in the public Sector to respond to questions or queries that may arise following its publication and entry into force. In this document details concepts relating to invoice in the public authorities, the general points of incoming invoices and the accounting records of invoices, which can provide answers to doubts that arise in relation to the obligations and modus operandi of the law in this area.
