Published the thirteenth report on the progress of e-government in the catalan local entities

The Consortium AOC submits the thirteenth report on the e-administración, for the month of february 2014, with new data on the extent to which the electronic management services in local bodies.

Major data highlight of this report are:

  • The increase of municipalities that have a folder. In the month of july 2013 were 108 and today 147, reflecting an increase of 4 percentage points. This same trend is reflected in national or international level, where more than 40 per cent of district councils have a folder of the citizen on its website.
  • The board electronic advertising or edicts web site is a service offering it currently 606 municipalities, reflecting an increase of 10 per cent over the previous analysis. It is noteworthy that 22 per cent of these bodies have the e - BOARD of the consortium AOC, which allows the publication and management of electronic edicts via the Internet and that is integrated with the electronic, available to them by 31 per cent. The district councils, there are eight more with its electronics (68% of the total) and 34 with electronic bulletin board (almost 83 per cent of the 41 tips).
  • Have also risen significantly bodies mapping with viewer (20 more) and urbanism (39 more)
  • It should be noted that it has risen significantly the assignment of the data of other administrations. With the recent addition of Cadaqués, Cassà de la Selva, Espot and Guingueta d'àneu has reached 826 municipalities (87 per cent of the agencies) that implies that 88 per cent of the catalan population is covered by this service.
  • At the municipal level, the rules and regulations of headquarters and the electronic register have improved as important municipal councils, have been adopted policy 45 while at the regional level have been approved only two of them.
  • With regard to notifications and invoicing, are still few municipalities that incorporated (fewer than 14 per cent); instead, the district councils who use exceed 60 per cent.
