These indicators cover the level of development of national policies that promote open data, an assessment of the features available in the websites of national data, as well as the impact and quality of data.
Spain is situated in second position in this index within walking distance of Ireland and followed by France. The three countries retain its leading position in Europe, just like the previous year.
