2019 SEMIC (9KM)

The ninth edition of SEMIC (9KM), the annual conference of semantic interoperability, will take place in Helsinki, Finland, on 21 october 2019

The event, organized by the ISA ² programme of the european commission in collaboration with the Finnish presidency of the eu council , will bring together policymakers, professionals and researchers interested soon ousted items relating to the semantic interoperability for public administrations.

The issue of 2019 is "SEMIC (9KM) Linkage of spaces for citizens ".

2019 SEMIC (9KM) explore the idea of the trans-european data available to the public authorities. These spaces provide a framework to experiment and implement public services interoperable cross-border digital.

The ninth edition of SEMIC (9KM) show how public administrations to connect these spaces, cooperate and jointly create solutions for public services and innovative digital focused on the citizen.

Participants 2019 SEMIC (9KM) you will discover how two angles of semantic interoperability comes into play on the trans-european data. Firstly, we shall highlight the opportunities of innovative technologies for digital public administrations, with a focus on artificial intelligence. Secondly, we will share stories of real life on the transfer of information between public administrations in Europe and the world by semantic technologies.
