In collaboration with various regional governments offering these models that can make the declarations of accessibility of the royal decree 1112/2018 of accessibility of websites and mobile applications of the public sector in the languages of the content of websites.

The declaration of accessibility is paragraph of a website where indicated the level of accessibility of the same and additional information.

The responsible entities of the web and mobile applications need to provide a detailed statement of accessibility, comprehensive and clear on the conformity of their respective websites and applications for mobile devices to Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 september on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector (Opens in new window) that reflected the spanish legal system Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the european parliament and of the council of 26 october 2016, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices of the public sector agencies (Opens in new window) .

Such a declaration of accessibility should be published, in the case of websites, in the appropriate web site available access from all pages of the website with a link called “ accessibility ” or its equivalent in the language that is available the page. This statement should be carried out according to the european model set through Decision 2018/1523 (Opens in new window) ensuring respect for all the conditions set forth therein.

The european commission published the declaration of accessibility in all official languages of the european union, including english, to enable them to use all the member states. However, in the case of spain, there was a lack of appropriate models in different co.

Since the various regional governments, in whose territory is the official language, have been prepared model statement of accessibility in the languages cooficiales: catalan, basque, galician, valencian and occitano-aranés. These models can be used for all websites with language versions in the appropriate languages in all websites of the state governments, regional and local levels.

Also been provided direct links to other languages that may be of interest: english, french and portuguese.

NOTE: The statements of accessibility for mobile applications will be implemented from june 2021.
