The conceptual design and technological advice of the project of the Portal of transparency, has its starting point in the publication of act 19/13 of 9 december, transparency, access to public information and good governance.
In this context is identified by the ministry of the presidency as head of the Portal of transparency and the policy of transparency and DTIC responsible as the portal. With the collaboration of both actors, was launched on
transparency portal of the government of spain
on 10 december 2014.
As a natural evolution, both technologically and organizationally, this portal offered as a basis for any administration using equivalent platform, especially interesting for the case of local bodies should undertake the implementation of its portal of transparency by 10 december 2015.
In this context is signed a cooperation agreement with the FEMP to promote and facilitate the development of transparency in local entities. The results achieved by the service Portal of transparency in the cloud for local entities has been excellent. Today, almost 1,300 local entities have applied for membership of the community of the Local “ transparency ”.
