Bertsio berria askatzen den Web-eko sarbide-behatokiaren-Bilatzailea

Erabilerraztasun behatokia bertsio berri bat garatu du bere Bilatzailea tresna guztiekin bateragarria jarraipena egiteko betebeharrak sinplifikatua Burutzeko erabakia (UE) 2018/1524 Bertsio hori oinarritzen da. metodologia berriaren zirriborroa izan ere, lanean inplikatutako eragile ezberdinen arteko elkarlana (administrazio publikoak, elkarteak, enpresa-sektorea, adituak, pertsona ezinduen irisgarritasuna, eta abar.)

Bertsio berri hau (zehazki, 5.0.4) sartzea lortu da EUPL v 1.2 eskuragarri dago lizentzia duten eta 2 dira horretarako bideak:

Askatze partekatzea da beste estatu batzuekin nahiz gaian interesa duten jarduerak egitea ekgrekin monitorizatu behar duten erakundeak betekizunak betetzeari dagokionez web guneen irisgarritasuna. The Web Accessibility Observatory has developed a new version of its Tracker tool that is compatible with all the requirements for simplified monitoring of Implementation Decision (EU) 2018/1524 . This version is based on the draft of the new methodology   in which we have been working in collaboration with the different actors involved (public administrations, associations of disabled people, sector business, accessibility experts, etc.)

This new version (specifically 5.0.4) has been released with EUPL v 1.2 license and is available by 2 means:

• As a distributable package in the download area of the solution in the CTT.
• As a collaborative development project at GITHUB: http://github.com/ctt-gob-es/oaw

This release is made for sharing with other states or institutions that have an interest in conducting monitoring activities regarding compliance with accessibility requirements on their websites. It is of special interest for all European countries that also have to comply with the requirements of the European Directive, specifically for the "Monitoring and Reporting Bodies" that will exist in all EU Member States.

Spanish public administrations do not need to carry out this installation as they have the Community's online diagnostic service Accessibility free of charge. (ENLACE)

Among the improvements included in this new version of the tracker, it is worth highlighting:

• Application of the UNE-EN 301549: 2019 standard (WCAG 2.1) [enlace a la norma].
• An English translation of the tool generated through automatic translation tools has been included
• New functionalities have been created for the management of seeds associated with an observatory, improving their characterization to control their subsequent execution and aggregation of results:

1. Complexity management to analyze different number of pages of a website depending on its complexity.
2. Recurrence management (fixed, even, odd) to control the seeds that are analyzed in each monitoring period.
3. Label management by type of service (education, health, etc.), geographical location, institutional level, etc. fully parameterizable for future expansion.
4. Improvement of the import and export of seeds, being able to filter the seeds to import / export and establishing greater controls in the process.
5. New functionality to include block seeds from a file to an already created observatory.
6. New field of "Observations" for seeds.

• New features for the process of generating dynamic aggregated reports through templates and characterization of the seed.

All these new functionalities have been developed allowing backward compatibility for institutions that already have the previous version of the tool installed.
