Certification

The entities bound by the Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 september on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector required accessibility revisions their web sites or applications for mobile devices in accordance with article 17 of the royal decree and respecting the constraints imposed for any revisions in-depth Implementation decision (EU) 2018/1524 , whose outcome should be reflected in a report containing a review of accessibility.

En este contexto, a the end of 2019 , 5 the document Criteria and process of accreditation for the accreditation of entities that evaluate the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices ”, developed in close collaboration with the secretariat-General for administration, currently belonging to the ministry of Digital Processing and for the civil service (MTDFP). Since then all those interested entities may initiate the process of accreditation to assess the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices.

Las revisiones de accesibilidad realizadas por una entidad de inspección acreditada por ENAC se presupondrán que cumplen todos los requisitos establecidos en el Real Decreto 1112/2018 y en la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2018/1524 y que gozan de los máximos niveles de calidad.
