Guide of Digital Communication to the General state administration

The Guide of Digital Communication to the General state administration provides a framework of criteria, recommendations and good practices to take into account its departments and agencies to create, produce content or evolve the sites and web portals, electronic headquarters or the sites in connection with the new web technologies (blogs, accounts or social networking profiles that you visit under the official names of the departments or agencies of the AGE).

Legislative provisions:

Update regulation that is adapted to the new structure of ministerial departments: Resolution of 28 november 2023, of the state secretariat for Public Service , which updated the Manual of Institutional Image, adapting it to the new structure of vice-chairmen of the government and ministerial departments of the General state administration (BOE: no. 287 of 01/12/2023)
Resolution of 15 june 2002, the secretariat of state of public service, which updates the Guide of Digital Communication to the General state administration (BOE no. 148 of 22/06/2022 Section III). Official historical disseminated in the PAe in its collaboration with the maintainer of this guide

The Guide "Digital communication to the General state administration", held in 2013, with updates in 2014, known in the PAe, updates and extends to turn the old: “ guide to the editing and publication of the website of the General state administration ” of 2005 and 2008, the “ Draft Guide of web pages of the Government of Spain ” 2009 and the “ Guide to electronic Headquarters ” of 2010.

Each part of the guide comprises a series of booklets that can be used independently in accordance with the needs of each department, agency, unit or person responsible for promoting a website.

This is a Historical background paper disseminated pursuant to resolution of 21 march 2013, of the state secretariat for Public Administrations (n.b. willingness modified at this point with regard to subsequent updates.)
