La Guía CCN-STIC 831 forma parte del conjunto de normas desarrolladas por el Centro Criptológico Nacional para la implementación del Esquema Nacional de Seguridad siendo de aplicación para el Sector Público y teniendo como objeto la protección de los servicios prestados a los ciudadanos y entre las diferentes administraciones.

The CCN-CERT has published on its website the guide CCN-STIC 831 of registration of the activity of the users of national security Scheme (NHIS) (Opens in new window) that will provide an analysis of técnico-jurídico applicable requirements for the registration of the activity in the entities of the scope of application of the royal decree 3/2010, which regulates the NHIS.

Article 23. Register of activity of the decree states that, “ will be registered user activities while retaining the necessary information to monitor, analyse, investigate and document inappropriate or activities not authorized, permitting identification of each time a person who stands ” always in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection and guaranteeing the right to honour and personal and family privacy.

The NCC, moreover, suggest that we need to define the scope of the register of activity and specify the elements to be considered in their proper practice. In this way, is intended to provide those responsible and users of these Bodies, agencies and units of the entities of the Subjective scope of application of the NHIS, an analysis técnico-jurídico on applicable requirements to the realization of the actions envisaged in the above-mentioned provision, as well as to identify the conditions that must be observed during his acometimiento.
