The government of the Provincial deputation of Guadalajara has realised the various actions that are being carried out in the institution of new technologies related to electronic administration. We have explained the initiatives that aim to facilitate administrative procedures to citizens “ adapting to new times and taking advantage of the benefits of new technologies thanks to which a citizen may perform perfectly from home, with a computer, any time and regardless of any administrative action ”.
The vice-president stated that “ this project will be a great economic effort and resources, both personal and technical subcommittee by diputació de Guadalajara, however, the economic savings for citizens and entities can be estimated at around 200,000 euros per year ”.
This project was launched in the fourth quarter of 2013 and completed in the fourth quarter of 2015 although during the fourth quarter of 2014 will take place as part of the deployment. In this regard, earlier this month of june, the first days of training courses attended by secretaries and administrative assistants of the municipalities to acquire knowledge and experience to the correct implementation of these tools.
On the other hand, to facilitate this settlement, the council has also signed an agreement with RED.es Registrar for the installation of computer equipment, free of charge in the local entities to adhere to this project for that purpose. RED.es Registrar is a public entity, the ministry of industry, energy and tourism, which works to spanish society make full use of the potential of the internet and new technologies.
According to detailed Robisco, “ this convention with RED.es Registrar involves an investment of €500,000 funded by up to 80 percent with FEDER and 20 per cent with own resources of the council ”. “ This means that the council will facilitate the means to correct the implantation of electronic administration; that is, a computer and a multifunction scanner which will have all those municipalities, upon request free of charge ”.
In addition, Robisco also referred to another important action in which the council works hand in hand with the board of communities of Castilla-La Stain, through the department of Telecommunications and new technologies, for interoperability and technological collaboration between public administrations. “ We are working on a Virtual office, which is a service that lets you record linkage between the public and the elimination of the transit of the role between the same, with significant cost savings and convenience for the citizens, ” explained the vice-president.
We must remember that, a few weeks ago, the representative of New Technologies, held a meeting with the director-general of telecommunications and New Technologies of the board, Daniel Martinez Batanero, and representatives of the ministry of finance and Public administrations. At this meeting, on the common information technology platform for this Virtual Office. There was some discussion about the tools currently available in both institutions and the technical requirements to be able to adopt common technological tools promoted by the General administration of state in public administration, avoiding duplication and looking for maximum rationalization.
In short, “ all these actions are intended to facilitate administrative procedures, avoiding displacement, time and money; and also to generate substantial savings to the administration. With new schemes, smaller municipalities that have fewer economic resources and personnel, may reduce their response times, thus improving the service they provide to neighbors, ” said the vice-president
