La Diputación de Guadalajara is moving in the implantation of electronic administration

La aplicación de Registro de Entrada-Salida tanto presencial como telemática que ya está funcionando desde principios de 2014 en la Diputación, será gratuita para las entidades locales.

The government of the Provincial deputation of Guadalajara has realised the various actions that are being carried out in the institution of new technologies related to electronic administration. We have explained the initiatives that aim to facilitate administrative procedures to citizens “ adapting to new times and taking advantage of the benefits of new technologies thanks to which a citizen may perform perfectly from home, with a computer, any time and regardless of any administrative action ”.

“El actual equipo de Gobierno tiene el compromiso y también la obligación por ley de facilitar esta comunicación con los ciudadanos por medios telemáticos.Por todo ello, por un lado, la Diputación de Guadalajara, mediante un convenio que firmará con la Diputación de Sevilla, proporcionará la instalación, formación y mantenimiento de una aplicación de Registro de Entrada-Salida tanto presencial como telemática para que, de esta forma, los ciudadanos puedan presentar documentación desde cualquier lugar ante su ayuntamiento simplemente con tener firma electrónica o DNI electrónico y un navegador de internet”, explicó incidiendo en que “esta aplicación, que ya está funcionando desde principios de 2014 en la Diputación, será gratuita para las entidades locales”.
