More than half of the procedures and formalities 6,767 offered - 57.6% - correspond to the municipalities, 16.1 per cent to “ juntas forales ” election, 13.4 per cent to the basque government, while 12.9 per cent relates to other public entities such as autonomous agencies, university, public corporations, etc.
E-government, for the whole vasco has increased, between 2010 and 2012, its index of Sophistication 7.7 percentage points from this way to offer 35.1 per cent of its administrative procedures via on-line.
