In this report explores, among other things, the perception of citizens with regard to electronic administration, your satisfaction and preference on channels of use.

With the title "quality of public services in times of austerity" assessment agency and quality (AEVAL) has just published the report on the perception of the quality of public services in Spain corresponding to the data collected during 2013.

In this document addresses the analysis of the perception of Spaniards with regard to different policies and utilities and their evolution in recent years. In particular, in this year of austerity, explores the importance that citizens attach to public services and the degree of satisfaction with a wide range of sectoral policies and services.

Like other years, are also examined in detail the views and habits of citizens in relation to public services of an administrative nature and with electronic administration. Finally, with the aim to propose improvements, details, attitudes of citizenship towards the major programme of complaints and suggestions.
