Available to all stakeholders within a new component of the products of the customer @firma, MiniApplet v1.0., much lighter than the current client of signature since it supports a limited set of new methods for type of electronic signature and that you generate signatures in the following formats: Kadesh, XAdES PAdES and ODF.

Can be downloaded in PAe in: http://administracionelectronica.gob.es/ctt/clienteafirma/descargas

This new tool for electronic signature works in the form of Java Applet integrated into a Web page via JavaScript. The MiniApplet makes use of digital certificates X.509v3 and secret keys associated with these to be installed in the repository or keystore and certificates of the operating system or Web browser, as well as those devices changed in the same.

The MiniApplet is an application that runs in client. This is to prevent the private key associated with a certificate have to leave the "" user container located on your PC. Indeed, it never gets to quit the browser, the client sends data to sign and that the returns signed.

The MiniApplet @firma is free Software released that they can be used, to their choice, under the GNU General Public License version 2 (GPLv2) or higher or under license European Software License 1.1 (EUPL 1.1) or higher.

In any case this miniapplet does not substitute for the full applet @firma with all its working methods and functions of signature and encryption, and the updated version 3.3, to be issued, to maintain compatibility with the invocation of the methods to the previous versions.
