Released version 1.0 of SAT by the ministry of culture

The ministry of culture released version 1.0 of SAB, its management system of subsidies. Use the service for validation of @firma electronic certificates, and for electronic notifications SISNOT. It also allows the integration with electronic register, active directory, information system of the status of processing and data verification of identity.

Within the release includes the source code as documentation.
