From 18 april through the normal channels, suppliers may submit their invoices and CII UBL, like they have been doing so with the invoices in format Facturae.
FACe is the More General Point of incoming invoices of the General state administration. Allows the transfer of invoices electronically those agencies of the administrations to accept the receipt of invoices electronically and previously registered in the system.
Pursuant to council directive 2014/55/EU of the european parliament and of the council of 16 april 2014, relating to electronic invoicing in procurement, the system FACe enables invoices EN16931 format (UBL and CII) suppliers of goods and services of the spanish Public Administrations.
