• Note: this decree addresses: Chapter I: principles and tools that reported the use of means electrónicos.- Chapter II addresses the distribution of roles between the different Administrative bodies. Chapter III: regulates the corporate electronic access (caceres). Chapter IV: regulates electronic registries. Chapter V: electronic identification and authentication. Chapter VI regulates the electronic file. Chapter VII: regulates the use of electronic communications and notifications. Chapter VIII: rules relating to the management of proceedings administrativo.- Chapter IX: the electronic register of representatives.
  Are abolished: Decree no. 75/2010, of 18 march, on the establishment of a Corporate Electronic Site; Decree 2/2006 of 10 january on the establishment of a Telematic registration; Decree 96/2012, of 1 june , which regulates the institutional web portal (caceres).
